Why Your Childhood Relationships May Still Be Hurting Your Adult Ones
Most of my clients didn't have an obviously hard childhood. Stable home, high expectations, parents who did their best. But somewhere along the way, they learned to be the one who didn't need much, and that pattern is still running the show.
